Students work with both common, rare, and dangerous species, learning how to observe, train, and safely interact with magical fauna. Field study is a major part of the program, and many courses take students beyond the Bogmire campus.
Copies of The Practical Pocket Book of Monsters are available in several classrooms, but students are encouraged to purchase their own.
